From highlight to insight

Import PDFs from Finder, annotate them with highlights, underlines, comments, and freehand ink. Then extract those annotations directly into linked notes with source metadata. Click "Open Source" on any extracted note and jump back to the exact spot in the PDF. A complete research loop, local and private.

The Brain Map turns your notes into a living, force-directed graph. Each node is a note. Each edge is a shared tag. Clusters form around related ideas. Click any node to open its note. Pin nodes to lock them in place. Zoom out and see your entire project as a constellation of connected thinking.

Rogue Editors are independent, floating windows with full editing power. Open a second note, a third, a PDF. Each one has its own formatting toolbar, its own zoom, its own identity.
